About Us

Catherine O'Donnell founded her coaching and consulting business in 2000 and has since worked with business leaders in both large organizations and small companies, helping them become more effective in leading and developing others. Her 25 years of corporate human resources and commercial experience within a large international pharmaceutical company, along with a light yet direct style, serve as a strong foundation for Catherine and her team to guide clients to results very quickly.

Catherine O’Donnell established Catherine O’Donnell and Associates, LLC in 2000 and has coached hundreds of individuals and teams to be more committed, productive, and successful. In collaboration with her Associates, Catherine has designed and delivered a variety of assessment tools and training programs as well as provided consulting services for several organizations in strategic planning, organizational design, business process improvement, and employee relations. She has over twenty years of corporate Human Resources leadership experience, the highest level of coaching certification, Master Certified Coach, from the International Coach Federation, and a business degree from Temple University.


Natalie Shelpuk is an organizational and executive coach specializing in both coaching and training on effective communication, leadership presence, and managing change. She has created unique processes for developing presence and articulating ideas and information clearly, concisely, and persuasively. She is an award winning strategic communicator, executive speech writer, and published author on communication strategy. She has fifteen years’ executive experience in corporate, marketing, and employee communications. Natalie holds a Masters Degree from Johns Hopkins University. She is also a motivational speaker and a musician.


Lisa Rindfleisch is a Human Resources professional with over twenty years of experience in employee relations, recruiting, organizational design, performance management, downsizings, and culture change initiatives. She has expertise in creating effective resumes for clients interested in advancing their careers. She holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management, a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources and is certified in Employee Benefits management.


Marla Mosser has over twenty years’ coaching and consulting experience, facilitating the development of emerging, seasoned and senior leaders, their teams and organizations. She has designed and facilitated programs in building and leading effective teams, organizational development, and strategic planning for many corporate clients. For nine years, Marla has led a global development program that provides coaching and mentoring to high value and high potential talent for the companies of a multi-national firm and has coached participants in Europe, Middle East and India. Marla holds a Master of Management from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, an MA in Clinical Psychology and a BS in Education.


Val Boyko is a certified coach with extensive training experience along with experience coaching leaders and high potential employees in international companies. She is a specialist in communicating effectively, coaching leaders in professional and personal transition and career strategy. Val consults on global diversity issues for international executives assimilating into US company cultures. Val has over 10 years of corporate management experience in two Fortune 500 corporations and holds dual citizenship in Britain and the USA. She received an MA and post graduate diploma in Business Administration from the University of Aberdeen and Scottish Business School.


Meryl Moritz coaches senior executives and teams who are intent on delivering increasingly greater performance and improving business results. She has extensive coaching experience in organizations such as AT&T, BI, Centocor, Credit Suisse First Boston, Genentech, Johnson & Johnson, Sony, and Verizon since 1994. Meryl has twenty years of corporate consulting, marketing, management, and facilitation expertise. She has been a faculty member at New York University’s SCPS Center for Management teaching organizational; she holds the highest level of coaching certification, Master Certified Coach, from the International Coach Federation.
